Video Session Data (Daily.co)

- IMPORTANT: We do not record video or audio content from any sessions
- Event logs are used solely for billing accuracy and dispute resolution
Credit Transaction Data
- Purchase Records: Date, amount, payment method (PayPal/PayFast), transaction ID
- Deduction Records: Date, amount, associated call/booking ID, remaining balance

What We DO Collect
- Metadata Only: Join times, leave times, participant roles (customer/artist)
- Billing Events: When billing starts/pauses/resumes/ends
- Connection Events: Camera disabled, microphone muted, connection quality issues
Purpose: This metadata is used exclusively for billing accuracy and dispute resolution. It is never shared publicly.
8. Credit Transaction Security
How We Protect Your Credits
- All credit purchases are processed via PayPal/PayFast (PCI-compliant payment processors)
- We do not store credit card numbers or CVV codes
- Credit balances are stored in encrypted database with restricted access
- All financial data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.3)
Transaction Monitoring
- We monitor for suspicious activity (e.g., rapid credit purchases, unusual refund patterns)
- Fraudulent accounts may be suspended and reported to payment processors
- Chargebacks are investigated and may result in account suspension
